Long left with some perfect sections that breaks right in front of the town, visible from the road.

Slightly sheltered from swell, there needs to be some size before this break even starts working, but when it's good it's good.

Quepos is right between two favorite areas of surfers traveling in Costa Rica: Dominical/Pavones and Jaco/Hermosa. This is a great place to stop for lunch when traveling. Mostly it gets checked, and surfers continue on. You will see guys surfing the left in front of town mostly.

There are LOTS of fishing charters, restaurants, and Hotels in Quepos, as well as a little nightlife.
